Installation Guide:

Step 1: Before installation, be sure to properly measure the distance of the installation area. Remove the safety lock at both ends of the horizontal bar.

Step 2: Respectively rotate the two ends in extending position, one is clockwise rotation, the other is anti-clockwise rotation. Adjust the length to meet the installation distance and the bar is securely in place.

Step 3: Ensure the pull-up bar is level or even at both ends. After adjusting the position, you need to hold the middle bar with both hands and continue to rotate to extend the bar length until it no longer turns (tight).

Step 4: Move the safety lock into the slot and lock it. (The tightness can be adjusted with the screw), the pull-up bar installation is completed. Perform a pulldown test with your body weight to make sure the bar is securely in place.

2. Check the length of your planned installation area before making a purchase. This adjustable pull up is able to adjust from 28.3 – 39.4 inches. Max load weight will reduce when the bar is extended.
